We do not accept returns or exchanges. For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept products back once they have been shipped, opened, used, or tampered with.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Photos or video showing the problem
  • Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

Opened Products

Opened products are not eligible for return. However, if there is a proven issue with the product, such as damage, contamination, incorrect item, or another verified quality concern, please contact us and we will review the situation.

Refunds or replacements for opened products are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Taste or personal preference
  • Not liking the product
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Products that have been used without a verified issue
  • Claims made after 7 days from delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
